Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, if applicable. There are two types of returns: Exchanges and Refunds.
Buy the wrong size? We’ve got you covered. In order to process your exchange and get you the correct size as quickly as possible, follow these steps:
1) Place a NEW order for the size that you need. In the “Notes” section of the checkout page, add a note that this is an exchange for a previous order and include the order number if you have it handy (It is on the order confirmation email, the shipping email, and on your packing slip). Don’t have it handy? Don’t worry, we can look you up by name, mailing address, or E-Mail address.
2) We will process the new order just like we do our normal orders and have it shipped out ASAP. In your order, we will include a pre-addressed, postage paid, return mailer for you to send back the original shirt that doesn’t fit.
3) When you get your new shirt, put it on and be amazed at how awesome it is! After you are finished admiring yourself in the mirror, take your original shirt that doesn’t fit, put it in the return mailer that we included, and then drop it off in a mailbox, with a postman, or at the post office.
4) When we receive your returned shirt, we will process a refund back to your credit card for the full price of the original shirt.
FAQ on the Exchange Policy
Q: So I have to pay for the second shirt?
A: Initially yes, you will pay for the 2nd shirt. However, we include a postage paid mailer for you to send back the original shirt and once we receive it, we refund your payment for the shirt. So in the end, you will only pay for the shirt that is the correct size.
Q: How is this process better than just emailing me a shipping label to send back the original shirt?
A: This process has a few advantages: 1) Most everyone destroys their mailer opening it when they get their shirt. This prevents you from having to buy a mailer to put the shirt in to return it. 2) We print on labels that are meant for shipping. Most people don’t just have those laying around and end up printing on paper and using a ton of tape to get it to stick to the mailer. That is a pain for you that we can help you avoid. 3) You get your correct size shirt FAST. You don’t have to wait for your return to get to us before we ship out the replacement.
Q: I have a special case or don’t want to use this process. What are my options?
A: Our goal is for 100% of our customers to be happy. If the above process doesn’t work for you, just contact us and we’ll figure something out!
Not satisfied with your purchase? We’re sorry to hear it. E-mail Support@TexasForever.net to start the refund process. Return your unused purchase to Forever Lifestyle, 1659 State Highway 46 W Ste. 115, Box #602, New Braunfels, Texas. Include a copy of your original receipt. After we receive your product and a refund is approved, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We will cover the return shipping if you need to do an exchange; Just follow the process above.
In the case of a refund, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
